We ship all of our orders PRIORITY MAIL thru the United States Postal Service. All orders are processed on
the day received so you should expect to receive your PRIORITY MAIL package within 2 to 3 business days after your order was
placed. Residents of Massachusetts please add 5% sales tax to your order total. Overnight and Next Day Air shipping is available,
please call for your shipping price quote. We offer substantial discounts for bulk quantity purchases of 10 or more of our
titles.
OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Because of the nature of our business, namely book publishing, our products
consist of printed booklets and books which therefore, are susceptible to copying or duplicating which in turn result in copyright
infringements and the like. Because of this, we have a written policy in place for returns once a booklet or book has been
purchased directly through the corporate offices of Dwight-Wallace Enterprises.
If for any reason, you feel our book
or booklets have in no way helped, educated, or assisted you with your particular situation, we want to hear about it. We
are here to help and are passionate about that desire. Call and get advice from Mr. Wallace. If then you are still not satisfied,
we will gladly refund your entire purchase price with no questions asked! We want you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase. We want you to tell others about how great our books and booklets are and we want your return business. If you are

will also issue a replacement of ANY booklet or book that was delivered damaged or in other than "new" condition. We understand
